when i try to open it, its not there. is there mods that's causing this or is there a requirement i don't have?

Hell Forge Difficulty 11 (included mod) might be required but 99% of users have this enabled anyway. It's probably a conflict with another mod, try disabling everything but this mod and the 3 included vanilla mods and see if it opens first.

Can you open the bundled HF editor with F8 in game? If not it could be an issue with an external program. One user who couldn't open either HF F8 or MDBE F9 menu said it was fixed after disabling rivatuner.

Hellforge editor does work while the other one doesn't

Operation reroller doesn't work. How do you apply the new missions?

If you're in the HellForge discord I have a thread in mod-showcase where I can provide better support. Are you following instructions exactly as the description says? You need to select a new mission from the map (Operation Reroller should work, I tested it myself for launch 3x ICBM) AFTER editing your changes and applying draft, it won't work for an already selected mission.

I got that part to work, can change the objectives of all existing missions. Installing Operation Reroller from nexus into Hellforge doesn't work, the hotkey to open the menu doesn't do anything.

Is it possible to change the subfactions at all?

Not yet, the functionality likely has to be built into HellForge itself first (same as fighting in megacities/factories/certain planets right now). Be patient with Skye :)
