Thanks for this! I'm getting an error when trying to import. "Not added: TAO.zip: The mod changes nothing."
Confirming I *don't* already have it in my modlist lol.
HellForge 0.1.8-Beta (4e029b3)
HELLDIVERS 2 build 25480438
So I did a few testing and basicly, the issue with the mod "not working"/"not loading" is because the mod is, for some reason, put in the "cosmetic" category, not in the "gameplay" category. And when some mods (there are too many, but one such example is smarter sentries) are loaded in the gameplay category, they invalid Total Arsenal Overhaul. I would suggest finding a way to put this mod to the "gameplay" category of hellforge.
Problem here is that i don't really want to spend time learning how to do it and implementing it, as i don't have much time recently. Also the fact that new warbonds aren't supposed to be added to HellForge makes me want less to update this mod. So, you can just edit my changes by yourself that aren't applied, if you wanna use my mod.
"suggestion would be to post it as a Hellforge Editor preset"
I think it'll be needed to make all changes from scratch, even considering that HellForge editor doesn't have export section for some reason at the moment. Maybe i'll do something when it'll get more updated, but for now no actions.
really good mod, however im noticing not all of the changes listed on the mod's page are actually in game, for example the normal liberator is completely untouched, lib carbine doesn't have the damage and durable damage buffs, etc
im not sure if that's a bug with porting the mod over or what but i'd thought to let you know.
Liberator and Liberator Carbine should have damage of 115. Is it not applied in game? You know, HellForge handles changes a bit differently, so some changes might not apply.
Hi, I followed the instructions and deleted hellforge-mod.json, but the mod still won't load. The Hellforge launcher prompts that the mod requires HD2Runtime and Bingus Shared Loader as dependencies. Do I need to install both of these in Hellforge?
Well, actually i've now installed BSL just common version instead of designated HF version and it works just fine, even considering it doesn't break mod toggles unlike HF one.
So i recommend you guys to download BSL from Nexus or Ayakamods.
So about mod not loading into HellForge: it rejects my mod with hellforge-mod.json in it. I'm figuring what i can do for now.
If you really want to play with my mod: you can unpack my file, delete hellforge-mod.json, pack file into zip again. And it's good to load.
If it rejects the mod because of the json, I would hypothesize that there is some format or syntax problem that's causing HellForge to be unable to read it correctly.
