Multifaction warfare, SEAF & Eagle support, united enemy rosters, longer battles, + more!

About this mod

Same mod as the one on Ayaka, but compatible with Hellforge. You may read the full mod breakdown at
https://ayakamods.com/mods/gameplay-reforged.4278/

Gameplay Reforged is a customizable collection of gameplay and enemy changes for Helldivers 2. The mods rework various aspects of gameplay, big and small.

Multi-faction battles, larger reinforcements, shorter breaks between enemy and allied call-ins, mixed enemy lineups, broader Heavy SEAF support, and much more — Gameplay Reforged gives players SUPER™ freedom to customize the game experience to their enjoyment. These changes prioritize the fun factor through both buffs and nerfs across various aspects of gameplay. Choose the changes that suit you and your friends' playstyle!

You may use either mod package individually or choose both. They do not depend on one another.
Requires Bingus Shared Loader v20 or newer

3rd-party mod conflict scope:

When Gameplay Systems detects a conflict from incompatible mod changes (usually due to targeting the same in-game properties), certain profiles may fail to initialize. The most common ones are:

  • Illuminate roster mods: may affect multiple shared profiles, including UFW, Combined Illuminate Fleet, Eagles, Leviathans, and Factory Striders
  • SEAF mods: may affect Heavy SEAF
  • Mods that change the underlying callback: Mods like Shodan's Stat Editor will conflict and prevent multiple profiles from loading

System Recommendations

Gameplay Systems is extremely memory intensive. For heavily modded setups, I recommend at least:

  • Have the game installed on an SSD
  • 32 GB RAM capacity (dual-channel DDR4 or DDR5)
  • A CPU with strong individual-core performance, preferably AMD Ryzen 7000 series / Intel Core 13th Gen series or newer

Systems below these recommendations may take much longer to initialize, and certain profiles may not initialize at all.

Stability Notes:

During startup, players may encounter a longer black screen, stuttering, or a prolonged freeze.

A prolonged freeze on the ship can occur during initialization. Allow three to four minutes before assuming the game has stopped responding. The timing varies with your system and selected options. Wait for startup activity to settle before beginning your first mission. Stutters and freezes go away after initialization finishes.

Using either package alone generally reduces startup work, but does not guarantee a stutter-free or crash-free experience.

Enemy Balance and Behavior can be used in multiplayer and will apply its changes to enemies, regardless of whether you host or not. Gameplay Systems is also multiplayer compatible, but some profiles require the host to have the mod. I recommend all players have the mod installed and loaded.

Gameplay Systems is a more powerful mod and may cause moderately prolonged stuttering and stalling to persist even on a mission loading screen. This is because it intercepts mission data.

What's new in 1.0.1

Fixed an overly strict Heavy SEAF Presence compatibility check that could prevent Heavy SEAF and other shared profiles from initializing after unrelated enemy data changes.
