Adds in a small collection of custom stratagems that call in specialized SEAF squads, including patrol, anti-tank, crowd control, and stealth-themed squads.

I love this mod but I think the Tank Hunter SEAF squad should NOT have the Eruptor, mostly due to friendly fire, yes even with the smarter SEAF mod.

I'm looking into changing the way the Squad Leader handles the Eruptor to make it a bit lighter on the Friendly Fire side.
